All prices shown include VAT (21%). A ticket admits one named person and is issued with a unique QR code that is scanned at the entrance.

The number of places is limited; a purchase is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

Payments are processed by Stripe by card. The confirmation and the ticket are sent by email immediately after payment.

If you request a company invoice, the invoice is issued with the billing details you provide at checkout.

Under Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Art. 16 lit. l) of GEO 34/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services connected with leisure activities provided on a specific date. Tickets are therefore non-refundable.

Your place can be transferred to another person free of charge at any time before the event, by sending us the new attendee's name and email.

The organiser may change the programme, speakers or the schedule for reasons beyond its control. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, the ticket price is refunded in full.

The organiser may refuse access to anyone disturbing the event. Photographs and video may be taken at the venue for promotional purposes; tell us at the registration desk if you do not wish to appear.
